vitamin B12 in each very small, pleasant-tasting tablet. Methyl cobalamin, the form

comparison to cyanocobalamin. Methyl cobalamin has multiple supportive roles in
the body, including red blood cell formation, nervous system health,
homocysteine and folate metabolism, melatonin synthesis, and more.*
